Schnelldorfer Maschinenbau and our partner Peter Prinzing GmbH are introducing TubeAlliance, a new generation of automated tube manufacturing. The system combines tube forming, automated handling, and welding into a seamless manufacturing process.
The TubeAlliance combines the RBA 60/53, a Yaskawa GP 25 robot, and the LINEARWELD XA precision welding technology. Among other materials, it can process steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum. Depending on the configuration, a variety of tube diameters, material thicknesses, and welding processes are possible.
Flexible, precise, and efficient
The CNC-controlled 4-roll technology ensures high roundness and repeatability. Thanks to the HMI-Controlled Switchover Quick product changeovers are possible with minimal setup effort.
Bending, robotic handling, and welding are integrated into an efficient One-Piece Flow connected. With Processing times of less than 1.5 minutes TubeAlliance enables high productivity with minimal staffing.
The system can be customized and expanded to include processes such as Beading, Flanging, or Crimping be expanded.
